This workshop will support you in raising your vibration by
making strong contact with your true self. You will be
encouraged as you grow spiritually. Through movement,
sound, meditations and visualizations you will explore your
true self by expanding your consciousness so you can tap
into what is waiting to manifest in your life now.
You are the co-creator of your reality. This is your opportunity to explore the energy that is seeking to emerge as you.

intentions and affirmations infused with the vibration and
